Accessibility statement

We want DIYai.app to be usable by UK homeowners with a range of abilities, including people who prefer larger text, higher contrast, or less motion.

What you can do in the app today

• Increase text size (Account → Preferences → font scale).
• Turn on higher contrast.
• Reduce motion for animations.
• Use the system light or dark theme.

We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical: visible focus, labelled form fields, and controls that work with a keyboard. The product is still evolving, and some older views may not meet that bar yet.

Known limits

• Some DIY photos and design renders are visual by nature and may need a text description from you.
• Third-party video (YouTube) follows Google’s player accessibility, not ours.
